Mums and Bubs classes
The perfect opportunity to take some time out for yourself at the same time bonding with other parents and your baby. A gentle, all levels class for you and bub to experience together, gently working on relaxing your mind, strengthening your body and increasing your connection. We start out by introducing ourselves and baby to the class. Bub joins us at the end of the mat and entertains us with smiles and giggles as we work through a series of yoga poses, focusing on self acceptance and inner strength. We finish with some baby bonding time as we go though some songs and baby yoga techniques, finishing with a mum and bub meditation.
